Napoleon Bonaparte & Lung Tien Lien has wandered into 18th Century CE RPF and 19th Century CE RPF, though it belongs in Temeraire (Lung Tien Lien is a dragon and unfortunately fictional).

George Gordon Byron | Lord Byron/Mary Wollstonecraft Godwin Shelley/Percy Shelley is in both 18th Century RPF and 19th Century RPF.

I only know the fandom by osmosis, but a bunch of characters from The Terror are hanging out in 19th Century CE RPF. People in those fandoms would have to say whether they want the real or fictional versions.
