Hi there, I have 2 questions regarding the rules of sign-ups (this is also my first time participating in this exchange, so please excuse any dumb questions from me ToT)

1. If the number of offers exceeds the number of requests (i.e. there are 5 offers but only 3 requests), how would you handle it?

2. If none of my offers match with any requests, how would you contact me?
