Are the same as:
Shisui & Maomao (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto)
Shisui & Maomao & Xiaolan (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto)
I would recommend keeping the first set only for Kusuriya no Hitorigoto - Hyuuga Natsu (the novels, under books) because it’s not a spoiler there, and keeping the second set in the Kusuriya no Hitorigoto (Anime).
Alternatively, just keep the second set (the non spoiler-y one) everywhere.
(The anime is airing next month and it would be such a pity if the anime watchers joined the exchange for the anime canon and found themselves spoiled for the story from the tag set :( )
