Hello! I'm the guy who nominated Tales of the Rays!
Tales of the Rays lets you recruit characters from the other "Tales of" games, so it's by design already a crossover game, as it can be read in its wiki entry https://aselia.fandom.com/wiki/Tales_of_the_Rays
I explicitly nominated "Elle (Tales of Asteria)" because in this canon "Elle (Tales of Xillia 2)" already existed before the former was summoned into the world. Because of the shared name, nominating them only as Victor/Elle Mel Marta (Tales of the Rays) or Mileena Weiss/Elle Mel Marta (Tales of the Rays) will lead to confusion, hence my choice. The AO3 tag was already confused and has both Elles wrangled together, and a ticket was sent about it but it's yet to be fixed. I'd like to avoid that problem while nominating in this exchange.
Also, Mileena is an original character from Tales of the Rays, and Victor is the father of the child Elle, so he also comes from "Tales of Xillia 2".
By the way, the very epilogue of the game actually includes a scene in which due to Long Reasons the ties that still bound them to their original worlds are cut, which turns them into true denizens of the Rays world, Tir Na Nog. Another point made is that they have grown a lot in this world, making them different from how they were back in their original worlds. Personally with that and the fact that they canonically interact I don't see them as crossover relationships, or at least not in the way I see the term used in fandom, but this is also the first time I participate in this exchange and I don't know much about it.
