Treatless Spreadsheet

We now have a treatless spreadsheet, tracking people who currently have zero gifts (if they're out for pinch hit or if their creator has an extension) or only one gift. Go forth and treat!

This will be periodically updated, so we should see the numbers drop significantly before the collection opens!

I think maybe hlae accidentally got taken off the treatless list? I know they're a PH, but they don't seem to have any gifts posted yet. :)
